Contract Radio Frequency Welding (RFW)

Radio Frequency Welding (RFW) is the process of fusing material together by applying radio frequency energy to the areas to be joined together. The result is a seamless area that makes a stronger bond than the original material. The process is also known as Dielectric Welding, Dielectric Sealing or High Frequency Welding (HFW).

Radio Frequency Welded hoses create a leakproof and airtight seam when configured to any size or bendable shape of PCA hoses used in the airline industry.

Radio Frequency Sealed Vinyl is used when making Tennis Backdrops, Endwings and Doors
Radio Frequency Welding is used to weld seamless panels together to create large, single piece backdrops and custom cut windows and doors for indoor tennis courts and construction areas.

Radio Frequency Welding is used to make Industrial Curtain Walls Large isolating spaces are customized to size when welding heavy weight vinyl material together for curtains used in warehouses, welding and woodworking stations, auto bay shops and clean rooms.

When needed, Amcraft provides Hot Air Sealing Services when materials need to be combined and Radio Frequency Welding is not necessary. Heat Sealing is a heated glue process that works with pressure to combine heavy weight materials. Other sealing services include Hot Wedge Sealing and Solvent Binding.
